Urgent Help Needed
For the attention of any Members who have purchased Eurostyle or Dethleffs / had maintenance issues with Lowdhams of Nottingham since October 2023 .
I know this Dealer has been on our radar for far to long , and we have been in discussions with their senior staff and been made aware of each others “differences” and its time to see if there has been any improvement in service.
Hence I need new or currently on going cases since October 2023.
I have been asked by Isny to collate some factual cases .
So please , not hot air or “polite ” suggestions , can you pleas email me with your case history .
Facts only please in a time line , possibly with who you spoke to ME in an email only please .
Please use : dethleffsownersuk @btinternet.com Name , vehicle model, registration number , history by means of a time line .
Examples that would be useful . Dethleffs have not got any parts , Call back never happening , drain down taps being left open after hab Checks , they will only deal with their own customers, examples of poor service etc.
Please Do not just blast away here on Face Book or other Dethleffs Groups , this is a serious request from Isny and may even tilt the balance on achieving the 5 year long saga to appoint another Service Partner ( workshops ) , hence I just need the facts , he sooner the better please.
