Annual Service Information For those of you concerned about going out to the dealership / workshop for your Annual warranty service and in particular if you are still within the 6 yr water ingress warranty, I have had confirmation from Isny that the Dethleffs warranty has a 6 month either side of your first registration date. Particularly as Dealers and Workshops are still working (23/3/2020), but I would ask you to try and keep up your service records and as a safety measure, if the dealer you contact cant help you, please keep a record of who you spoke to or emailed in case time passes on and you need to prove you did try to get the van serviced in time and for circumstances beyond your control it didn’t happen on time.
