Have you got the red light on your Alde panel which is normally green ? Is the warning triangle flashing and or have you had the message to say the window is open where the exhaust sensor is and has suspended the gas supply < It will resume when the window is shut .
Having had the Gypsy’s warning during the Handover , we too the decision not to open the window .
However 16 months later , other than for the hab check and silicone wipe round , the window has bee shut firm but this morning the red light came on and the window warning .
First check is to remove the 12v sully plug ( top left on the diagram below.) wait a few moments and reconnect .
If the warning continues have a look to see if the very small plug has come away from the area marked green on the diagram . Mine had some how and replaced it and now taped the cable in position on top of the casing with gaffer tape .
Replaced the 12v and with in a few moments thew Panel lit up , boiler fired up and no warnings .
However if this fails it is more than likely the sensor with or the dat cable .
