We’re selling our Dethleffs caravan that we have used as an Airbnb for the past 4 years. It’s had 3 owners including us. £6,000.
The caravan itself is in great condition and Dethleffs is known for great quality. Having been used as an Airbnb we have maintained the caravan meticulously. We have had the van reupholstered and had new curtains and blinds made. It has had replacement window stays, a replacement rooflight and more. The shower head was removed in the bathroom in favour of a standard tap but could easily be replaced by purchasing a shower tap and shower curtain. The pumps work perfectly as does the heating and hot water. We mostly use these functions on electric, but they also work on gas.
The front seating area can also be converted into a double bed so this caravan can sleep four people. It has a motor mover which works perfectly. We upgraded the water system to a newer Truma Ultraflow mains connection so you don’t need a Aquaroll but we can give you the original Aquaroll if you want it.
The caravan doesn’t include an awning. It is CRISS registered, we have all the paperwork for that.
