Dethleffs A Class Cambelt Solution

I've just had my 1990 dethleffs A class fiat 1.9 td serviced.they said they could not change or even check the cam belt because of the position of the engine.how can i solve this problem please. Derek
This has long been a problem for owners of A Class motorhomes. Many garages will not touch them for cambelt or fuel filter replacement jobs.
One of our members, Phil (Pictured winning the Dethleffs 'Olympics' at Factory Trip 2011) at AS Air Suspension in Warrington has managed to solve the problem and is now happy to offer this service to members of the Dethleffs Owners Club.
